If you are looking for something different from the same old routine my 10-Week Fitness Kickboxing class will offer you so much more than just a workout. It's a fun, safe way to get in shape, meet new friends, relieve stress and learn self-defense.

My 10-Week Fitness Kickboxing class will put you on the fast track to health, fitness and fun. Tone your biceps, trim your waist and slip on a new attitude. You'll be amazed at how fast you'll learn the moves and how quickly you get results.


Has it been awhile since you exercised? ….Don't worry!


My class will be a very relaxed atmosphere and you’ll feel comfortable as you start to learn the awesome moves of boxing, karate, and kick-boxing.


This will be a really cool workout. I will teach you the practical techniques of self-defense, in a high-energy class that's never boring because each week I will challenge you with additional techniques and combo’s.


In fact, countless fitness magazines have reported that Kickboxing is terrific for:

One of the things my students tell me they appreciate most about Fortunato Karate is how we prepare them with practical self-defense techniques.


There's a lot of confidence in knowing that you can handle yourself in a potential self-defense situation. I'll help you develop that confidence in a safe, fun, learning environment.


My Fitness Kickboxing program will not only get you in shape, it will teach you many simple and easy-to-remember self defense techniques in a safe, controlled and fun environment.


This class will NOT be like your typical 'aerobic kickboxing class'. This is NOT a class where you just follow 'karate dance steps'. You WILL learn how to 'kickbox' by using partner drills, doing target work and drilling combinations to build your stamina, endurance and eye-hand coordination.


The tuition for my 10-Week Fitness Kickboxing Course is only $247.


However, if you are one of the 1st 20 people to register for the course I will take extra $50 OFF the tuition. That brings it down to only $197...(that's less than $20 per class!)
